Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Castquill, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Castquill, based in Dublin, Ireland.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Brand obligations

Brands are responsible for the briefs they submit. You confirm that any product claims you ask creators to make are truthful and substantiated, and that your campaign complies with applicable advertising standards and sector rules (including, where relevant, health, supplement, and financial-promotion regulations).

4. Creator obligations

Creators agree to deliver content that meets the agreed brief, on time, and to include any disclosures required by advertising rules (such as marking content as an ad or paid partnership). You confirm your content is your original work and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Payments & fees

Brand packages are billed as monthly retainers. Creator payments are released on approval of delivered content, less any platform fee disclosed at the time. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) are handled in line with Irish and EU rules.

6. Content & intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in a specific brief, on full payment the brand receives the usage rights set out in the relevant package (including raw files and the licence described there). Creators retain ownership of their underlying skills and portfolio rights as described in the Creator Agreement.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful — including false advertising, infringing content, harassment, or attempts to bypass the platform to avoid fees.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Irish law.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment and IP terms) will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Questions? See our contact page.
